Betcha cant find a pork chop like this at a big grocery store! We selected our pig breeds to produce top quality pork. The berkshire produces deliciously sweet meat. The red wattle gives us nice and dark red pork (unlike the light pink you usually see!) And the old spot produces beautifully marbled chops. I seriously hate canning extra produce... it heats up the kitchen, and the jars take up so much space. We live in a little barndo, and have very limited shelf space. Instead, I freeze as much as I can! This is 9lb chopped tomatoes, ready for the freezer. I'll use them throughout the year in place of canned diced tomatoes. I just wash and core them, then chop them in my food processor. I seal them with my vacuum sealer, and lay them flat in the freezer. 🍅

We've got ONE custom processed half hog available for processing this weekend. The pork will be ready around the 2nd week of July. Head to our website to book, and select JULY 2025 Processing.

This weekend on the farm! Picked tomatoes, cooked potatoes, harvested meat chickens, and smoked some double cut chops! Love this life of ours ❤️

It's so nice when they do what we want them to do 😂. We supply feeder piglets to a few other pasture pig farms in the area. We wean at 6 weeks and sell them at 8 weeks. They'll be ready for market in another 35-40 weeks!

Now that's a chop! Starting the cure on these double cut chops so they're ready to smoke on Sunday 😁

Enjoyed the cooler temperatures this morning harvesting tomatoes! We may or may not have forgotten to plant red tomatoes this year...🤦‍♀️. But if you like your tomatoes sweet, these are the best you can get! Let me know if you'd like some, we've got plenty! ($3/lb) The kids like to eat these straight from the bush like an apple!

I love how versatile ground pork is! Ground beef always seems to end up as tacos in our house. Tonight, we used our ground pork to make some delicious dumplings! The kiddos even helped make them 😊

Love bacon, but want a lower fat, meatier option? Try our Arkansas bacon! It's smoked, cured, and sliced- just like bacon, but it's made from the shoulder. It makes an incredible egg sandwich! We have it in stock on the farm, reach out for details.

Today was a beautiful day for a farm tour! We loved having a group of homeschoolers from Farmersville over for a visit. We talked all things pigs and regenerative farming.

Excited to move the pigs to the back 30! We still need to run the wire for the new paddocks, but the forage looks great. We'll move them to the new area, then broadcast seed where they are now.
